WEIGHT TRAINING

Weight training is a great form of exercise, one that will benefit our general health.

Why do I want to workout with weights?  Well because firstly I am just drawn to that form of exercise, weights interest me and if you want to stick to your regular execise routine then you need to do the type of exercise that you enjoy. I know I enjoy exercise with weights because when I was a teenager I did do weight training for a short spell and had visions of being as big as Arnie. Exercise Routine

THE STRATEGY

Ok here we are over half way through January. Did you make any New Years resolutions and if so have you kept them up to this point. If you have then well done keep it up. If you haven’t then you are like I have been on all previous years that I have made New Year Resolutions. I start off with good intentions, really enthusiastic, full of energy and then by the end of January have lost my enthusiasm and energy, slowed down to a snails pace and gone back to last years lifestyle.
