ABDOMINAL MUSCLE EXERCISES
Its time for those abdominal exercises. The famous six pack, the wash board mid rift. Well I don’t know about you but this is the most stubborn muscle group for me, I think it is for most people. But when you can get this area trim and firm it makes the rest of your body look better. So lets go for it.
Crunches With Dumbell
Laying down on a mat on the floor, raise your knees and have you feet flat on the floor. Holding a dumbell on your chest, lift your head and shoulders of off the floor breathing out as you do so. Then lower your shoulders down again while breathing in. This Abdominal exercise does not have to be done with a weight and you might find it easier without a dumbell to begin with. In this case just cross your arms on your chest.

Abdominal Curl
Lay on a mat on the floor with your knee’s raised and feet flat on the floor. In the video to follow you will see a resistance band fixed to something secure, but you can use a light dumbell or nothing at all. Curl your arms, head and shoulders forwards off of the floor while breathing out. Try to concentrate on your abdominal muscles doing the work, make them pull your shoulders off of the floor. Then lower back to the start position while breathing in. Again let your abdominal muscles control the movement.
10 reps
Leg Curl
Lay down on a mat on the floor. You are going to do the same as the previous exercise but instead it is the lower body curling. Again the video uses a resistance band but you could use ankle weights or nothing at all. So lying flat curl your legs towards you using your abdominal mucsles to do this and also breathing outwards. then lower again to the start position while breathing inwards.
