IS MY DIET HEALTHY
When I mention diet I don’t mean that I want to lose weight. I mean is my diet healthy am I getting nutrition in my diet. Well let me tell you something weird. Up until recently I have had probably a normal sort of diet, i’m not saying it was unhealthy orĀ that it was healthy. I would have a few meals a week with meat and veg, some processed easy meals and a few take aways. Thrown in with that would be snacks and chocolate. My alcohol intake was probably more than it should have been. Now was this unhealthy? Well I don’t think it was as bad as it could have been, but it certainly wasn’t what I would call a nutrition diet. Read more »
