Have you seen these dumbbells ? They are so cool. I had heard of them before but never really taken much notice of them. Big mistake, They are brilliant.

The biggest pain I find when I’m working out at home is that I have to keep changing the weights on my dumbbells between exercises, my biceps curl more weight than my tricep extensions.
