Exercise Time
We all know that exercise is good for our health, so why do so many people not bother with regular exercise. Could it be just laziness or is it down to time. What ever the excuse it is not really a valid one.
Whether we are young or old we should all be doing some kind of regular exercise. There is always time that can be made in any busy schedule to do some exercise. Regular exercise is good for our hearts and keeps our Muscles toned. We are less likely to put on excess weight which is bad for our general health.
Exercise comes in many shapes and forms from Walking to weight training. There are those among us that get a certain amount of exercise through our jobs, which is a good thing. But those of us that work in an office environment tend to be the ones that miss out on the right amount of physical activity.
Exercise does not have to be a chore or something that we hate. We can have fun with exercise making it into an enjoyable family activity. We need to get our hearts pumping faster for at least half an hour a day. Through regular physical activity we can feel more energized and healthier.
So it is time to forget the excuses and get off our butts and get fitter. Forget the car for a change and Walk Instead, go for a swim at lunchtime. Do some gardening over the weekends or Run for half an hour before or after work. Dust off the bike that has spent most of its life in the garage or take up a sporting hobby like Tennis or Golf.
The list of possible exercise that we can do and enjoy is endless, we just need to make time for it and the best way of doing this is to schedule it into your daily diary, just write Exercise Time. If it has its place in our daily lives then we can enjoy a healthy body and mind.
So get to it and enjoy yourself with exercise ( always check with your Doctor before you start a new exercise routine).
