Fat Burner

THE WAY TO BURN FAT

This is the big one FAT nobody wants it and we all want to know how to get rid of it and fast. We want to burn that fat and be lean and healthy. So can we become successful fat burners ? or are we stuck with the fat.

We all know that carrying to much fat around every day is not good for our health and that we should all be trying to keep our bodies at a healthy weight. So how do our bodies accumulate this fat in the first place ? Lets look at this simply…  The male, average in height, weight and activity. Now this average male should be consuming approximately 2500 calories a day to maintain his present weight. If this average male starts to intake 3000 calories a day then that’s 500 calories more than his body needs to maintain the status quo. That’s 3500 calories to many per week and 182000 more than needed per year WOW!

So what happens to these calories ? Well the body stores these excess calories as fat. There we are if we continually intake more calories than our body needs we are going to get fat. The reverse is the result if we don’t intake enough calories to maintain the average.

This is why burning fat does not happen over night. It might of taken Mr average male three years of over eating to become obese, so he ain’t going to reverse it that easy. It takes time, dedication and a good plan. If your calorie intake is 3500 per day then the plan should be to start a structured exercise routine and gradually lower the calorie intake over time, don’t just slash it to 2000 calories a day. If you do this your body will not have the energy to deal with the new extra activity it is going to be doing with the structured exercise routine.

So the secret to become a successful fat burner is to have a structured plan, regular exercise, cut the calories down slowly and make sure the calories you are eating are healthy ones. So include plenty of fruit and veg, but don’t cut all your favourite treats out over night your body will crave them to much and this is a sure fire way to fail. Like the calories gradually cut down the amount of treats, but you don’t have to cut them out altogether there is nothing wrong in treating ourselves as long as it is in moderation.

You will soon start to see your fat gain reverse as your body breaks into your fat stores and uses it for the exercise you are doing regularly. So set your plan and go for it, but don’t try and rush it.
