WOW !   You don’t want to look at this, No really you don’t. This is shocking and disgusting, but whether it is true or not I don’t know…Top Secret Fat Loss Secret. OK that sounds alright nothing shocking in that title is there and fat loss secrets are the sort of thing we here everyday. So what is different about this so called fat loss secret, well I don’t know is the honest anwser. I haven’t actually plucked up the courage to find out the exact facts yet, its to disgusting.

So what am I talking about ? I shall explain breifly and then let you check it out and decide whether you have the courage to go for it.

Dr Suzanne Gudakunst has decided to blow the lid off the conspiracy to keep us unhealthy, fat and sick ( her words not mine) And she will show us how to undo all that. So all this is fine and none of it sounds shocking or disgusting, so what am I on about. Hang about and you will find out.

I do love a good conspiracy and what Dr Suzanne talks about does make sense, think about this for a minute. There has never been so many diet foods, magic diets and diet drugs available in this world as there are today, Yet we have never had such an obesity problem as big as it is today. So what the hell is going on ? We have better medicines than ever before more technology than ever before this is the 21st century yet we are getting fatter and more unhealthy.

So is Dr Suzanne Gudakunst right ? This I don’t know but what I have read she has got a point and maybe I will shut my eyes and just take the plunge and find out once and for all.
