Fish is the place to get Omega 3 especially oily fish like Salmon and Mackerel also Flaxseed oil and Walnuts.

B 12

Vitamin B12 is helps to form and regulate the red blood cells it also helps in maintaining and raising energy levels in the human body. Eggs are a great source of B12 as is Fish and Meats, also yeast which means if you like Marmite then you will find it there.
