The Furnace

This is carrying on from my last post, which was about finding the right kind of exercise for you, the kind of workout that will work for you and get results. An exercise that I feel comfortable with and works for me, does not necessarily mean it is going to work for you and you might hate doing it.

If you hate what you are doing then you are never going to give it your best, which means it will never be that effective. We all need variety in our lives and the same goes for exercise, do the same thing all the time and you are going to get bored.

So I am looking at the different fitness and fat loss programs that are available for us to try. The first one I looked at in my Last Post was Turbulence Training by a Craig Ballantyne.

Now we are going to look at The Fat Burning Furnace By Rob and Kalen Poulos. The title sounds like it means business. Having had a look at this program it throws out the window some training methods and diet habits as myths. This program is based around only 45 minutes a week, which is hardly a lot of exercise time, so this may suit someone that has not got a lot of time on their hands to dedicate to exercise.

Even if you don’t think that this is the one that will work for you, it is definitely worth reading the 5 Big Truths of Fat loss there is certainly some truth in them, especially the first one, just click the big button on the first page and then again on the second page and you will find the 5 Truths.

It is worth reading all the information, but at least read the 5 Truths. This program goes against all the fad diets which is right because they don’t work and we know that, but also against some well used exercise methods.
