Turbulence Training
We would all like to burn fat and build muscle at the same time or at least tone our muscles at the same time. We would all like to have a trim, toned body. There are many methods of working out and different things work for different people.
I have found that Running and Cycling for me works very well in keeping my body fat down and I run twice a week and cycle twice a week, with some weight training afterwards. This has kept body fat at bay and toned my muscles. My six pack is starting to appear now and my leg and arm muscles are l becoming quite defined.
So I am happy with my workouts and with my progress and I feel fitter than I ever have before. But how does this help you to find your perfect workout strategy. You could copy my workouts and may be you already do something similar, you may be getting the results you wanted so are happy.
But if you are not getting the results, training as I do may not work for you, our bodies are all different and respond in a different ways. You may be fed up of working out so hard yet not seeing the results you are striving for, this can be frustrating.
I thought I would include over the next few posts some other peoples training methods and programs. So just may be you might find something that will work for you, I am not saying that these are good or bad, I have just tried to find a variety of different kinds of programs that may suit different peoples bodies and training methods and may be shock your body into you seeing some good results.
The first one is called Turbulence Training and is from Craig Ballantyne, he has a six pack and very little body fat so it does obviously work for him. Craig has mapped out his program to accomplish muscle tone and body fat loss in only 30 minutes a day and there is no chance in getting bored with the exercises as there is more than 70 bodyweight exercises.
I won’t write to much about it here as it is best just to go and check it out to see if you think it could work for you and Craig can explain his workout program better than I can.
If you want to see what Craigs all about then you can do so Just Here!.
