Who Wants Muscles

Not all of us want muscles, but there are a lot that do. It doesn’t have to be bodybuilding type muscle, I don’t want that, but we can have muscles without becoming ‘The Hulk’. What about being lean and muscular, now that is a good look and it can work for both men and women. So lets have a look how we can get the muscles we want whether lean or outrageously big.

You see I am happy with how my muscles are, I am lean but have great muscle definition, that’s enough for me. But I have been looking at a new program that delivers when it comes to a great way to achieve lean muscle. There are many programs you can follow and they all work in one way or another, it all depends on the individual. A program that works well for me and I enjoy, may not work for my best mate. So we have to look at how we like to workout and what we want to achieve, to get the most out of a program.

There are nestled amongst the posts on this site plenty of different programs that I have looked at and different people like different ones. So here is a new one that I have had a look at, and I must say was very impressed with the whole way it is put together. It has been created by two trainers and they show how to lose fat and at the same time build muscle and what this equals is lean muscle or as they put it ‘Lean Hybrid Muscle’. So you can lose the fat and replace it with muscle, now that is something everyone wants, right!

From where I am standing, the way that I understood this program is that it is probably not for the total beginner in weight training, it is more for the experienced weight trainer. So if you have been weight training for a while and you don’t seem to be getting any results then you know where to head Lean Hybrid Muscle.

There is a very good section of this program that is dedicated to nutrition and it is not the old way of looking at what your diet should be when you are training to build muscle, no I was pleasantly surprised by how up to date these guys nutrition advise is, so I am right behind them on that one.
