Holly Rigsby is an expert trainer and has written this program for busy moms to rid themselves of baby fat. Sounds good to me, so let me briefly explain what this program involves. Holly explains in her program that fad diets do not work ( I agree with that one ), that long hard exercise sessions are not necessary as just 15 minutes is all it takes to get your pre-baby body back and from the comfort of your own home.

I have read the whole of the information that Holly has put together and it really sounds a good program to me, so hey girls it is well worth going for it if you want to strip your body of that fat. But be careful as there is no sexy body warning with this program and there probably should be because that is what you will end up with a SEXY BODY!
